Robert Bakker

Finishing his Land Economics Degree in 1992 and moving from the North Shore to the Northern Beaches in 1994 Robert has gained a wealth of experience in the commercial and industrial property market.

Having a diversified work history has given Robert a very broad knowledge of the sector. From being a Portfolio Manager for a major corporate to a consultant for a NSW Government Department to being a Tennant Representative Consultant in the Sydney CBD, led to Robert founding Stable Real Estate Northern Beaches in 2013. Robert has taken the lead in commercial negotiations for a huge range of transactions – from subleasing 45m2 to a direct lease for 3000m2 in the Sydney CBD. Robert enjoys being able to apply his wealth of knowledge and experience to get the best results for his clients.
